Jennifer Love Hewitt’s TV show cancelled

Jennifer Love Hewitt’s TV show cancelled

Jennifer Love Hewitt's TV show 'The Client List' has been cancelled amidst a creative standoff.
The actress' raunchy series - which sees her play a masseuse who provides her clients extra services in order to make ends meet - has been axed after two seasons by US channel Lifetime following claims the star reportedly clashed with producers over who would be the father of her pregnant character Riley's child.
Jennifer, who is an executive producer on the series, is pregnant in real life with her co-star and fiancé Brian Hallisay's baby and was eager for his character - who is her on-screen husband - to father the child.
Show bosses were less than impressed with the suggestion and Lifetime refrained from renewing the show, which wrapped its second season in June, until the creative dispute was settled.
According to Deadline, the differences became 'too much' for the channel and producer Sony Pictures TV, and both sides came to a 'mutual decision' to end the series.
The 34-year-old actress - who is due to give birth in December - got engaged to Brian, 35, in June after 15 months of dating.
The actor popped the question during a romantic vacation to Europe.

Avril Lavigne needs to ‘find time’ for kids

Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger need to 'find time' to have kids.
The happy couple tied the knot in July 2013, however, they are in no rush to start a family because Avril is busy promoting her album and her new husband is about to begin a European tour with his rock band Nickelback.
Chad said: 'We both want it. We just need to find a time we're both home to get around to it!'
The 'Complicated' hitmaker and Chad celebrated their nuptials with a three-day party in the south of France and they even treated their loved ones to a special duet they recorded together.
Avril, 29, explained to People.com: 'We played our duet 'If I Said I Loved You' for our guests and danced to it for our first dance. Our guests got to hear an exclusive song! It's our love song,' Lavigne says. 'We had to play it at the wedding.'
The couple hit it off after collaborating on a song, but quickly developed feelings for one another.
Avril added: 'We bonded like crazy. It was like we'd known each other forever. It's a very intimate process, and you have to really open up when you're songwriting. When it was over and I had to go work with other people, it sucked. So I called him and asked him to come back to L.A. to do some more writing with me and he was like, 'Hell yeah!' '

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing YouTube co-founder

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing YouTube co-founder..

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star and the rapper claim the billionaire 'manipulated' his way into ATT Park in San Francisco and released unauthorised footage of the moment the 'New Slaves' hitmaker proposed to her on her 33rd birthday on October 21.
According to court documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, the couple are accusing Hurley of scheming to post the video of the intimate moment on his new Internet venture, MixBit.
Their lawyer Eric George also trashes the entrepreneur, claiming Hurley is desperate to find a 'second act' because two of his other businesses have flopped since he sold YouTube for $1.65 billion.
It was previously reported that Kanye invited Kim's close family and friends, along with several well known Silicon Valley founders to watch his surprise proposal, but Hurley wasn't invited and they only let him stay after he signed a confidentiality agreement.
They attached a picture of him holding the agreement to the lawsuit, which also states: 'Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else.'
The couple are suing Hurley, who released a press release about the video and tweeted it to his followers, for unspecified damages and claim the footage was intended to be shown on M C Cable Television, which is an arm of Bunim/Murray and E!, which produces and broadcasts Kim's reality show.

Lana Del Ray insulted by Kanye West?

Lana Del Ray insulted by Kanye West?

Lana Del Ray has hinted she refused to perform at Kanye West's surprise proposal to Kim Kardashian because he didn't get in contact with her personally.
The 27-year-old singer, who 'politely declined' a request to perform her track 'Young Beautiful' before the rapper proposed at ATT Park in San Francisco on October 21, says she would never have turned him down, sparking speculation she was insulted he didn't approached her directly about the private performance.
The singer-songwriter told gossip website TMZ.com: 'I would never deny his request. That's not true. No.'
Lana refused to be drawn further on the subject when asked if she would consider performing at the couple's wedding.
An insider previously revealed that Kanye, 36, was forced to pay an orchestra $50,000 to play Lana's hit, which is one of Kim's favourites, after Lana turned him down.
The source said: '(Kanye) asked Lana to perform for Kim at surprise marriage proposal in San Francisco.
'Lana politely declined, and didn't give any reason for not being able to perform. It was a very firm no from Lana and her camp. Kanye did try to push it, but didn't get anywhere. Kanye decided to hire an orchestra to perform the song for Kim, and he was much happier with how it turned out.'
The insider added: 'Kim was bummed that Lana didn't perform for the big event, but she is still a huge fan. She just loved that Kanye tried to make it happen. Kim is jokingly saying Lana will want to perform at their wedding.'

Kendra Wilkinson has been feeling 'grossness and pain' during her second pregnancy.
The 28-year-old beauty - who already has a three-year-old son, Hank Baskett IV, with her husband Hank Baskett - is suffering an uncomfortable second pregnancy, and admitted she is expecting to have a big baby as people keep thinking she has been pregnant for longer than she actually has.
Speaking on 'E! News', she said: 'I'm actually showing a lot. If I'm wearing tighter clothes, people are like, 'Are you like four months?' I'm like, 'No, I'm still at the end of my first trimester.' I'm still feeling it, feeling the grossness and the pain.'
Despite the physical pain, the reality TV star admits she feels much more settled this time around.
She added: 'It's easier on the mind, I think, right now. There was so much going on at the time being pregnant with No. 1. This time we have a home, we're settled, we're married, we get to plan.'
While Kendra is yet to find out the sex of her baby, her three-year-old son Hank is desperate for the little one to be a boy.
She explained: 'Little Hank is so involved. He wants a baby brother, but we keep telling him it might be a sister and he's like, 'No! I don't want a sister!' '

Kendall Jenner has been offered $1.8 million to star in a porn film.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who celebrated her 18th birthday on Sunday (03.11.13), is being inundated with offers from X-rated companies to bare all on camera now that she is the legal age.
One U.S. based company told gossip website TMZ.com that it would pay the gorgeous model, whose older half-sister Kim Kardashian shot to fame after her sex-tape with RB singer Ray J was leaked in 2007, $1.8 million.
Kendall, who has often spoken of her desire to become a Victoria's Secret Angel, is well known as the 'shy' member of her family so it is unlikely she will entertain the offers.
The brunette beauty, whose parents Kris and Bruce Jenner recently announced they had split after 22 years of marriage, celebrated her birthday with a breakfast of Krispy Kreme doughnuts and her family were also quick to send her their best wishes via Instagram.
Kim, 33, wrote: 'Happy 18th Birthday to the sweetest girl I know @kendalljenner I hope your adult years are filled with happiness so much love'

Lea Michele praises Kate Hudson

Lea Michele praises Kate Hudson

Lea Michele credits Kate Hudson for helping her get through the weeks after Cory Monteith's death.
The 'Glee' actress, whose co-star and boyfriend of one year died from an overdose in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada, in July, revealed the 'Something Borrowed' star, 34, immediately opened her Los Angeles home and took care of Lea and her family after hearing of the actor's tragic death.
The 27-year-old star told the December issue of Elle magazine: 'I called her and said, I don't know where I'm going to go because my house is swarmed [with reporters]. She was like, 'Oh, you're going to stay at my house.' Like it was nothing.
'She let my family stay there, and any of my friends. She made sure that in the refrigerator were my favourite juices. I'll never really be able to thank her, truly, for what she did for me.'
The actresses bonded when Kate, who has two sons, Ryder, nine, and Bingham, two, guest starred on the FOX series for six episodes last year.
Lea is still coming to terms with Cory's death and hopes to help people by being open about the situation.
She said: 'It's very hard and you have to be very strong to come out of this alive, but I think by doing the best for myself, by showing that you don't have to lose yourself, maybe someone else will feel some sort of strength or comfort.'
