Pink: Performing is best workout
Pink says being on stage is the best exercise.
The 'True Love' singer works up such a sweat while leaping around during her concerts that she doesn't need to calorie count or watch what she eats.
She told Women's Health magazine: ''My favourite workout right now is hot yoga, but my favourite workout in general is my show, being onstage because I get to have fun while I'm sweating!
''Don't even know how many calories I'm burning!''
However, Pink - who is famed for her rock-hard abs - doesn't slack when it comes to exercising and puts herself through an intensive workout regime.
She revealed she hits the gym five days a week to use the treadmill and do circuit training, as well as squeezing in regular sessions with personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins.
Pink joked: ''She's a beast.''
But the newest addition to her fitness routine, hot yoga classes, almost proved too much for her and the 34-year-old star considered quitting on numerous occasions.
She said: ''I had to sit down four times and really decide who I am and whether I wanted to stay.''

Taylor Swift’s cat gets ‘mad’ when she leaves her

Taylor Swift's cat gets 'mad' when the singer leaves her.
The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hitmaker loves returning to her home comforts in Nashville after being on tour or away for work, but she admits her beloved feline friend Meredith isn't that happy to see her at first.
Taylor said: 'Nashville is home, it's amazing because my parents are here so I miss them when I'm not around and there's nothing like coming home and being in your own apartment, going to your mom's house, my cat's here, stuff like that.
'The cat's called Meredith, she's more mad, every time I leave for two days I come home and she kind of does a meow version of screaming at me.'
And Meredith has grown to recognise the signs her famous owner is about to leave and does her best to stop her.
The 23-year-old musician - who was in the UK last week to perform on 'The X Factor' - said in a radio interview: 'Does she go to sleep on my suitcase? Yes, I think that's a universal cat thing.'
Taylor's cat is also fussy about her owner's friends, but the moody moggie did take a shine to Ed Sheeran - who supported her on tour.
Ed recently revealed: 'We get along. Meredith won't hang out with the dancers but she'll come and hang out with me.'
December 2015 release for new Star Wars film
LOS ANGELES: ‘Star Wars’ fans finally have a date for their diary after filmmakers announced a long-awaited new installment of the iconic sci-fi franchise will be released on December 18, 2015.
The announcement Thursday laid to rest reports suggesting that the film, announced last year for 2015, might be delayed after one of the new movies screenwriters was replaced last month.
"Were very excited to share the official 2015 release date for Star Wars: Episode VII," said Alan Horn, chairman of Walt Disney Studios, which bought "Star Wars" creator George Lucass company Lucas film for over $4 billion last year. The new movie "will not only anchor the popular holiday film going season," but the 2015 release date will "also ensure our extraordinary filmmaking team has the time needed to deliver a sensational picture," he added.
"Star Wars for Christmas!!" wrote one fan on the Force.Net website Lucas -- who launched the epic space saga nearly four decades ago and directed four of the six films to date -- will serve as a creative consultant for at least three new films, which are expected to come out every two to three years.
The new movie will be directed by J.J. Abrams ("Mission: Impossible III," "Star Trek") from a screenplay by Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan, whose credits include "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi.
"Veteran movie composer John Williams will provide the score, while Abrams, Lucas film president Kathleen Kennedy, and Bryan Burk are listed as producers of the eagerly-awaited film.
Filming is due to begin next spring in Pinewood Studios outside London, added a Disney statement, adding that pre-production was "in full swing.
"All of the six previous "Star Wars" movies -- which have had pre-summer release dates in the United States -- have included production in British studios, including Elstree, Shepperton, Leavesden, Ealing and Pinewood Studios.
Disney announced the new film was slated for 2015 when they bought Lucas film last year, but media reports have suggested Abrams had doubts he could meet that deadline.
Only last month filmmakers announced the departure of original Oscar-winning screenwriter Michael Arndt. The return of Kasdan, the screenwriter behind 1980s "The Empire Strikes Back", widely revered as the best of the "Star Wars films by franchise devotees, was greeted with excitement by expectant fans.
It is unclear whether all the original main cast members will return for the new movie.
Carrie Fisher confirmed she will reprise her turn as Princess Leia in a newspaper interview earlier this year, and Harrison Ford, who played grumpy space adventurer Han Solo, has made repeated hints.
Reports also suggested that Mark Hamill will return as Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker.
The first "Star Wars" movie came out in 1977, and there have been two trilogies -- three films from 1977-1983 and three prequels from 1999-2005 -- while the brand has expanded into theme parks and a huge merchandising arm.
The films have earned some $4.4 billion globally over the last 35 years, and offer "a virtually limitless universe of characters and stories to drive continued feature film releases," Disney said when it bought Lucas film in October last year. (AFP)
Natalie Coyle’s stadium joy after heartache
Classical singing sensation Natalie Coyle can't believe she is gearing up for her sixth stadium performance just 12 months after nearly quitting singing.
The 25-year-old stunner will perform the British and Fijian National Anthems at the Rugby League World Cup fixture between the two sides at Hull's KC Stadium, north east England, on Saturday (09.11.13), and she is delighted she persevered with her singing career when times were tough.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: 'It's amazing to think a year ago I was thinking about quitting singing and now I'm about to do my sixth stadium performance.
'A year ago I put on a concert to perform in front of people because I was so nervous. I had to perform because I had organised the whole thing for charity.
'That was my last chance - either I do it or I give it up for good. There were loads of moments a year ago when I was doing loads of training and I thought, 'I can't cope with this. It's too much stress and heartache.' '
Natalie - who has performed at Wembley Stadium three times this year - admits her mum inspired her to preserve with her singing career, and she can't wait to take to the field in Hull.
She added: 'I said to my mum I would do it for her, I made a promise to her. So I kept going and I'm so glad I did.
'I can't wait to sing at such an amazing tournament. I've been to Hull before so it will be great to get back up there.'
Natalie will be performing live on BBC One from the Rugby League World Cup at 2:20pm on Saturday November 9.

Courtney Stodden reunites with Doug Hutchison
Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison have reportedly reconciled.
The 19-year-old blonde model-and-actress, who announced she was legally separating from her husband of almost three years earlier this week, has decided to give her relationship with the 53-year-old 'Green Mile' actor another chance after he took her out for a romantic dinner at Musso Frank's restaurant in Hollywood on Thursday night (07.11.13).
A source told gossip website RadarOnline.com: 'Courtney and Doug were all over each other at the restaurant, acting like they always did when they were together.
'Doug told people in the restaurant that he and Courtney were back together and working it out.'
The couple made no attempt to hide their reunion and took photos with a number of fans together.
The source said: 'They were hot and heavy in that booth! It's obvious how much Doug wants to be with Courtney, and I'm not sure if it's completely reciprocated...but I think she'll stay with him for the time being because she can't get enough of the attention they get as a couple.'
Their reunion came just one day after they released the following statement: 'After two and a half years of marriage, Courtney and Doug have decided to become legally separated.
'Courtney was married at a young age. Now, at nineteen, she's interested in exploring life as an unmarried single young adult - with the freedom to explore her independence.'
The couple began an online relationship when Courtney enrolled in a class taught by the veteran movie star and previously stated they 'fell in love' before meeting.
The pair then embarked on relationship and married in May 2011 when Courtney was just 16 years old and Doug was 51, after he received permission from her parents.
