Miley Cyrus twerks up a storm at MTV Europe Music Awards

Miley Cyrus opened the show by twerking at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
The 20-year-old starlet cemented her status as a risqué performer when she took to the stage at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam earlier tonight (10.11.13), wearing a space-themed silver spandex dress and twerking with a female dwarf while belting out her hit single 'We Can't Stop'.
The singer was dressed in far more conservative attire than anticipated since her slender frame was covered up in the relatively modest high-necked dress.
However, Miley's provocative dance moves were true to form and she shocked the crowd by writhing up against a little person dressed in black bondage gear.
At one point, Miley grabbed the woman's breast and slapped her bottom, before a group of 'aliens' burst onto the stage to help open the show with an intergalactic bang.
The controversial star finished off the number by sticking out her tongue, a move reminiscent of her infamous MTV Video Music Awards performance in August, where she danced suggestively with Robin Thicke while wielding a giant foam finger.
She then performed a version of 'Wrecking Ball' in a revealing white leotard, while a video montage of her crying played in the background.
Not content with her eyebrow-raising performances, Miley drew audible gasps from the crowd when she lit up what appeared to be a joint as she accepted her Best Video gong for 'Wrecking Ball'.
The cannabis-loving singer - who has been spotted at Amsterdam's best coffee shops during her trip to the host city - quipped, 'I couldn't fit this award in my bag, but I did find this.'

Lady Gaga admits she had therapy

Lady Gaga used therapy to cope with her rise to fame.
The 'Applause' hitmaker has become one of the biggest stars in the world since the release of her debut single 'Just Dance' in 2008, and she isn't 'ashamed' that she sought advice to help her adjust to life in the spotlight.
She told Attitude magazine: 'I've tried therapy. I mean, I have and I'm not ashamed to talk about it.'
The singer explained she hopes her openness about therapy means her fans won't find it difficult to deal with their own issues.
She added: 'I want my fans and I want everyone to talk about that stuff.
'Because once you get it out there we can all just support each other and stop acting like we should be embarrassed.'
Gaga - who is dating Taylor Kinney - has also recently discussed the possibility of starting her own family.
She previously said: 'I want to have tons of kids, actually. I think at least three. I really want to have a family and I really want to nurture my children.
'To be honest, having my own kids will be like having three little monsters with me all the time. They probably won't be fans.'

Jennifer Lopez has never had plastic surgery

Jennifer Lopez insists she has never had any plastic surgery.
The 'Dance Again' hitmaker has hit back after a British plastic surgeon, Dr. Ayham Al-Ayoubi, suggested she 'showed many signs' of having work done to her face.
The 44-year-old star was clearly unimpressed with his medical opinion and tweeted: '@DrAyoubi Sorry Sir, but I have never had plastic surgery of any kind. #fact'
The actress responded to the plastic surgeon, who is based in London, after he tweeted a split-screen photographs of her and wrote: 'These before and after pics of @JLo show many signs of #plasticsurgery - naturally pretty but now looks amazing.'
He later added: 'U are naturally a very beautiful woman and look great, sometimes clever makeup can enhance features slightly changing their appearance @JLo'
But following Jennifer and her fans' reaction, the medic claimed his assistant was responsible for the tweets.
He wrote on Tuesday (05.11.13): 'Dear @JLo I wonder if you can accept my sincere apologies about the wrong tweet which was written by my assistant without my knowledge....
'I sincerely apologise to @JLo her fans. I want to remind everyone it was NOT me who sent that wrong tweet! it was my assistant. (sic)'
The 'American Idol' judge recently revealed that she learnt to stand up for herself from an early age as she was criticised for her appearance and curvy figure early in her career.
She said: 'You have to stand up and say, 'There's nothing wrong with me or my shape or who I am; you're the one with the problem!' And when you can really believe that, all of a sudden other people start believing too.'

5 Ultimate Makeup Tips for Sexy Eyes

\
They say the eyes are the windows to your soul, so make sure they’re  all dolled up to perfection with these easy steps:
Step 1: start by applying eye shadow along your lids – this can be any shade of your choice. Emerald green hues suit hazel eyes while neutral shades suit green and blue eyes, dark for the browns .
Step 2: in the corner of each eye, apply some pearl white shadow or use a pencil. This will open up your eyes and make them appear fresher and brighter.
Step 3: line your eyes with liquid eyeliner, keeping as close to the lash line as possible. If you want a feline flick then extend it slightly past the eye.
Step 4:  line your waterline. This will give your peepers shape and make your iris pop, while highlighting the lids. Either with white or black liner. White is great for day while switching to black gives a more dramatic look.
Step 5: mascara, mascara, mascara. We can’t stress how important this is. It can transform your entire look in a few swipes. Put effort into each eye and enjoy the results – voila!

Veena Malik says Sheikh Rasheed cannot define patriotism to her

LONDON: Famous actress Veena Malik has called on Pakistani politician Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad not to issue any statements against her or she reserves the rights to reply in equal measure.
During an interaction with Pakistani media in London, the actress, who shot to fame through Geo’s programme Hum Sub Umeed Say Hain, said she stood by her statement that the Rawalpindi politician, who heads Awami Muslim League, had called her and requested for a meeting over tea.
“I was naïve at that time, I didn’t know who he was when admired me but I refused to entertain his request. He is furious because I rejected him. He told me that he had seen me on Hum Sub Umeed say Hain and liked my work. I was maybe unpleasant to him. He shouldn’t be but his fury is understandable because he had always been anti women, he was anti Benazair Bhutto and he is also anti Veena Malik. It will be only good for him if he stops and doesn’t define patriotism for others.”
The actress, who has raised the temperature high with her controversial performances, said it was sad that the so-called patriots in Pakistan had taken upon themselves to define morality and patriotism. She rejected such elements and said that Pakistani was a multi-cultural and multi-dimensional society and it’s impossible to define the country in simple terms.
“Pakistan has both the burka and jeans wearing sides and both are right to do whatever they want to do with their lives. My father was an army officer who loved Pakistan and served it. I love Pakistan and have the blood of a military officer in my veins. I carry Pakistani passport and will always be proud of it. I am hero to some people in Pakistan and villain to others and I accept that,” she said.
On being asked why she is a controversial figure and whether she creates controversies to remain in the limelight, Veena Malik said, “I have always been media's darling, I love it for being the first choice of media. Magazines love to put me on glossy covers. Television wants me there. I have a strong relationship with media everywhere.”
Veena Malik became thoughtful when asked about her return to Pakistan. She has not set foot in the country in a long time and faces threats from extremist group. “There is not a single moment when I don’t miss Pakistan. I love my country, its people and its culture and I do want to come back. I will soon be back but I cannot tell when.”
She also announced that she would soon be going to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah. “I have a deep spiritual side. People have only seen me as a showbiz personality but I observe my religion although I do believe that religion is a matter between the individual and Creator. I very much look forward to take this spiritual journey.”
She said that heroes from every walk of life in Pakistan were leaving this world. “Pakistan needs a new breed of heroes, we have very few left. Instead of attacking them we need to create heroes. I want to be treated like a hero in Pakistan, like an artist with an aesthetic side.”

Jessica Simpson can’t decide where to wed

Jessica Simpson still can't decide where she wants to get married.
The 33-year-old star and her fiance Eric Johnson recently told friends they will wed in Capri, Italy next summer, but their plans are up in the air again as they think it might be easier to hold their nuptials in Hawaii, as it is closer to their home in Los Angeles.
A source told Life Style magazine: 'Jessica and Eric have two special places they love to visit: Hawaii and Capri, Italy. They discussed flying their closest friends and family to a small, intimate venue for their wedding and then jetting off on a honeymoon.
'They just haven't made up their mind yet!'
The fashion mogul, who has a 17-month-old daughter, Maxwell, and four-month-old son, Ace Knute, with Eric, viewed the opulent Augustus Gardens in Capri earlier this year and is still thinking about holding a small ceremony there.
A source recently said: 'There will probably only be 75 to 100 guests. Jessica will definitely not invite more if she can help it. She wants to have only really close family and friends - the kind of people she speaks to a regular basis.'
The couple had originally planned to tie the knot in Hawaii at a beach ceremony over the Christmas holiday period in 2012, but postponed their wedding for the second time when Jessica got pregnant again.
The blonde beauty previously admitted she is determined to tie the knot before she has any more children.
