Kim Kardashian urged think twice about marriage to Kanye West

Kim Kardashian has been urged to think twice before marrying Kanye West.
The 33-year-old reality TV star has been advised by her close pals to consider calling off her engagement to the 36-year-old rapper - whom she shares four-month-old daughter North with - due to his controlling attitude.
The 'Black Skinhead' hitmaker popped the question to the brunette beauty last month at the ATT baseball park in San Francisco, but friends believe Kim was functioning 'like a robot' at his command.
A source told Life Style magazine: 'Nothing about the engagement was Kim. It was completely not like her to be proposed to in the baseball stadium.
'He's calling the shots about the wedding, the house they're constructing, everything down to what shoes she's going to wear to events.'
However, Kim doesn't believe her beau is making decisions for her and friends are confident it's because she's so wrapped up in love at the moment.
A source explained: 'Kim doesn't think she's being controlled. She's deciding to do whatever Kanye wants.
'She's so in the Kanye bubble right now.'
Meanwhile, the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star recently told Kanye he can have whatever he wants when it comes to their nuptials, but she wants to choose her wedding gown.

Burn Up To 1000 Calories Per Hour With Zumba!!

Burn Up To 1000 Calories Per Hour With Zumba!!
By: Sherif El-Herraoui
If you haven’t heard of Zumba, it’s probably time to get out from underneath your shell and check your nearest studio for the next Zumba class. Although mostly for the ladies, the gents could also enjoy a bit of Latin moves in their workout.
But what is Zumba anyway?
Zumba is a Latin cardio-dance workout that was created by the Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto (Beto) Perez in the late 1990s. It combines the magical elements of aerobics and dance to give you the fun missing from most aerobic sessions. Originally, Zumba music was Latin, with Salsa, Merengue, Mambo and Samba influences. As the workout grew in popularity, hip hop, African beats and even the joyful tabla of Baladi (Oriental) music were thrown in for a hip-shaking experience extraordinaire.
Zumba has become very popular during the past few years with over 14 million attendees to weekly classes worldwide and many celebrity adherents across the globe. Even U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama had a Zumba class in the White House garden earlier this year. It has become an international franchise, gaining profits not from the classes, which are rather cheap, but from Zumba wear – neon string tops and tasselled cargo pants – in addition to fitness videos and a 2012 best selling video game.
But it is not simply a Latin dance class. It incorporates martial arts moves, lunges and squats and whole lot of moves that would guarantee you burning up to 1,000 calories in the advanced classes in just one hour, owing to its mix between high intensity interval training moves and the moderate intensity dance moves that gets your heart pumped the right way. All in all, Zumba is an absolutely fun, joyful workout that the ladies definitely enjoy and even claim that it’s not a just exercise, but rather a lifestyle.
Zumba is said to be for all ages and all levels of fitness and available in more than 150 countries worldwide. And no matter what position in life you are, Zumba will deliver what it promises you: an ideally fun experience to lose weight and tone your body.
Up to date, there are eight different types of classes to target your needs:
Zumbatomic is a class designed for children between the ages of 4 and 12.
Zumba Gold is specifically designed to the needs of the elderly.
Aqua Zumba is a class in a swimming pool ideal for beginners, very heavy people, the elderly and those in a post-traumatic rehabilitation period.
Zumba Toning sculpts the body and incorporates more cardio.
Zumba Gold Toning is specifically designed for the elderly to tone their muscles, improve strength, posture and coordination.
Zumba in the Circuit is the dance combined with circuit training and it usually takes around 30 minutes for a class instead of an hour.
Zumba Sentao is a chair workout that focuses on using body weight to strengthen and tone the body.
No level of fitness is required to start your way with Zumba and no beginning dress size required. No one is judging you. All you need to do is get down there and leave everything behind you –troubles, anxieties, weight or toning issues – and let Zumba take control.
But as with starting any new workout routine, take it slow. To avoid injuries, warm up properly before the class and never forget to cool down.

Human Barbie Doll Holds the Record for Most Money Spent On Cosmetic Surgery

One look at Valeria Lukynova and you’ll keep wondering whether she is real or a mannequin, as this young girl from Ukraine has evolved into a living human Barbie doll!  Lukynova is so obsessed with her resemblance to the Barbie by Mattel that she has literally transformed herself to look like a real-life Barbie.  Her pictures and videos that have been circulating on the internet have made her a sensation and a Russian internet star that one would be left wondering if her picture was real or computer-generated.  Her videos have a large number of hits that number to more than 16 million views.  Lukynova states   “Every slim woman looks like a doll, I won’t deny I play with people’s perceptions. I don’t take the critics seriously. It is the price you pay with celebrity.”  Whatever it is, Lukynova had gone under the knife to undergo cosmetic surgery to make her as perfect as the real Barbie with her impossible curves and vital statistics.   However, she does not mind taking all the pain and spending all the money on her plastic façade that has become a rage and has shocked people who find it extremely astonishing to have a human girl resemble Barbie so closely.

Lukynova believes that by perfecting her look, she is simply doing her job as a celebrity.  She has turned into a 5 feet 7 inch tall female human-doll with an immaculate face, tiny waist, huge cleavage, blue eyes, long platinum hair and slender limbs.  She has also perfected the right pose ti appear lifeless as though a real doll.  The unlimited stacks of money that she has spent on her look and appearance is perhaps a record as she has spent the most money on plastic surgery in the world till date!  No matter what people say and what the critics debate about, Lukynova believes that she is doing the right thing and that outer appearance is trivial as it is who you are that is most important.  At present, she is employed as an astral projection instruction at an international school and is also actively involved in ‘new age opera’ music.

All in all, it is absolutely amazing to see the kind of money that is being spent to look ethereal and the subsequent costs to maintain the look.  Cosmetic surgery, even though it does bring in the required modifications, can only cause improvement and not perfection.  There are a lot of risks and dangers that are involved in such procedures that includes post-operative care and the possibility of corrective surgery.  A lot of plastic surgery procedures do result in dissatisfaction.

Valeria Lukynova has not yet attained the dimensions of the real Barbie doll that is 6 feet tall with vital statistics as 39-18-33.  Such human clones of the popular Mattel doll might just lead some women to take the rough path of cosmetic enhancement and surgeries.   Keeping all this aside, it is amazing to see the human version of the doll that men have fantasized about for decades!

Kim Kardashian’s effortless post-pregnancy style

Kim Kardashian’s effortless post-pregnancy style

Kim Kardashian says her style is more 'effortless' since becoming a mother.
The reality TV star - who has a fourth-month-old daughter North with her fiance Kanye West - admits she often opts for more comfortable clothing since giving birth to her first child, but she still likes to vary her garment choices.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: 'I would definitely say my style has changed since I've become a mother. At times you just want to be comfortable so I'm a little bit more effortless because I just don't have time to get it all together.
'I'm wearing a softer colour palette now. It was all white and black outfits when I was pregnant. I still wear black but I mix it up.'
As well as looking after North, the 33-year-old beauty has also been busy working alongside her sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian on a new 25-piece Kardashian Kollection Jewellery range, and the blonde star admits the trio feel much more experienced about the industry nowadays.
She added: 'I don't think anyone in particular inspires us. Kourtney, Khloe and I get inspiration from each other and from all of our travels.
'I think it helps we have our own clothing store that we do the buying for so we get to meet tons of other designers. We order months in advance so we have the advantage that we can design cool, classic pieces and things we don't see out there in the marketplace.'
Argos will exclusively stock the full 25-piece Kardashian Kollection Jewellery range from Monday November 11.
